Energy Resource Management, is a firm based in Islamabad, Pakistan offering specialized capacity building training particularly emphasizing on legal training, which can be further tailored to meet the needs of various organisations in the Energy Sector. The training department is led by Sarah Kazmi. The modules are designed to build capacity in knowledge , skill  and abilities of top managers, department heads, mid-level managers and young professionals.  ERM also offers legal consulting and support to organization departments.

To address the energy sector’s opportunity and career development gap ERM manages a mentorship programme for young energy professionals in Pakistan, led by Sara Malik. The bi-annual programme is aimed at promoting a culture of learning where young talent is matched with experienced professionals. The programme also includes workshops and webinars in career development.
